I know. Night market is hot. It’s also crowded. But it’s also very fascinating to experience this down to earth. I just can’t help to love the extraordinary idea to bring Taiwan night market food and seasonal Beaujolais together. Don’t you guys think Japanese Sake is a great fit too?
